Step 1 – Fix bad health plan – Knowledge

Your fix bad health plan should aim to remove the symptoms and improve your prognosis. You need knowledge. So it’s time to learn more about your condition. You will need to do this if you want to begin to remove the possible causes of your illness. When you get your diagnosis keep wellness as your goal. It’s a signal that it’s time for change. Time to repair the damage.

Whilst we don’t like to think of ourselves as possibly causing our own ill health (it can make us feel very uncomfortable and defensive), it’s time to be realistic. Is it possible that our so called inherited disease is due to having shared the same food and lifestyle as our parents? Could they have passed on their pathogens and toxins (from the womb) to us and it’s those pathogens that are causing the same diseases not some faulty gene? One way of finding out is by killing our invaders and making lifestyle changes. Dare to wonder if it’s possible! As questions like at what time in my family’s history did this so called faulty gene start? Begin to think more deeply about causes and remedies in relation to YOUR life.

Step 2 – Fix bad health plan – Understanding

Your research tells you that many diseases are linked to pathogens.  Learn about common treatments,  the side effects of treatments or lack of treatments. Aim to eventually not need the clinical interventions.  Understanding your fix bad health plan and why you are dong it will help you adjust your lifestyle and diet. Stay realistic, if you can improve your health by even 50% you will have made a massive difference to pain levels and how you cope on a day to day basis.

Step 3  Fix bad health plan – Remove harmful substances

To clean up your body takes several steps. Pollution in your air or home may be worth thinking about. How is your air and water? Do you have mould on your walls? Is there asbestos in your home? Is your home and body full of harmful chemicals? Can you read the chemicals in your body products? Do you know what they are?

Improve your Diet and Resolve Allergies

Improve your diet and avoid allergies. Track down your allergies including food allergies and start an elimination diet. Common foods that cause allergies are grains such as wheat or dairy. Switch to eating clean healthy food that is devoid of chemicals and pesticides. Ea organic, nutrient dense food low in carbohydrates and sugar. Avoid processed food as it’s more likely to contain chemicals and metals and be lower in nutrients. Read food labels. Learn what is in your food. Eat to get well. Go for smaller portions and healthy snacks. If you gave up wheat, you could need extra B vitamins and minerals.

Avoid and Eliminate Chemicals

Avoid and eliminate chemicals. Look at the chemicals in your environment. Read the labels of shampoo, make- up, cleaning products etc. Aim to stop using these. Replace them with safe organic alternatives. Even anti-bacterial soaps contain chemicals.  Take supplements that help remove chemicals from your body. Asbestos can also cause a problem.

Avoid and Eliminate Metals

Avoid and eliminate metals. The longer you have lived, the more probable it is that metals are an issue for you. it’s usually best to stop wearing metal against your skin, at least until you feel better.  Use safe cooking pots and pans. Remove mercury fillings from your mouth. Take supplements that help remove metals from your body. Learn about Glutathione, Alpha Lipoic Acid.

Detox

Just eating cleaner foods, drinking fresh home made juices and eating organic food will help your body detox. Exercise and heat also help lymph glands. However, there are other useful ways too like hot showers or baths. You will need to cleanse lymph glands, colon, liver, kidneys and do a parasite cleanse too. The more sick you are the more cleansing you will need to do.
